Ardan Labs will work with the Caddy team on bringing a highly functional enterprise version to market

Caddy Enterprise We have recently agreed on terms for a partnership which will allow us to develop Caddy side-by-side with the founding team. Caddy is an incredible open-source project that has become the premier automatic HTTPS web server on the market.

Over the past few years, the project has grown tremendously and even attracted some large enterprise users. This has prompted Caddy to expand their capabilities and partner with Ardan Labs to help develop and support Caddy Enterprise. Some of the features we are working on are:

• Kubernetes ingress - This native ingress controller will make it extremely simple to manage traffic originating from outside your cluster.

• HTTPS at scale - Enhanced automatic HTTPS will be more efficient for enterprise users with certificate management enabled by default.

• Visual dashboard - Equipped with fleet management, instance configuration, and a metric dashboard, you’ll have everything you need to effectively manage your Caddy Enterprise Fleet at scale.

• Cross-server compatibility - Whether you’ve been an NGINX or Apache user, Caddy Enterprise will be compatible with your existing configs.

• Truly dynamic - With no config file required, config exports, and parameter updates via REST API, Caddy Enterprise will make your life a whole lot easier
