Driven by Community
Supporting the engineering community is core to who we are; see how we engage with and support developers globally.
Our Community
We Are Embedded in the Go, Rust, and Cloud Native Communities
From conference halls to local meetups, we invest in the same ecosystems we help our clients ship to production. That keeps our training current, our consulting practical, and our content grounded in real engineering.

Ardan Labs Connect
Ardan Labs Connect is our in-person community experience for engineers who want to learn, share, and engage beyond the screen.
It brings developers, architects, and technical leaders together for hands-on learning, real conversations, and practical insight across modern technologies like Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and AI in production systems.
More than an event, it is a space to connect with the people shaping how modern systems are built.
Bring Connect to Your City
We partner with local communities around the world to host Ardan Labs Connect. If you are interested in bringing Connect to your city, let's talk.
The first edition, Ardan Labs Connect 2026 in São Paulo, Brazil (March 4–5, 2026), wrapped after two days of training and a Golang SP meetup at the same venue.

Real Support for Real Communities
Supporting the engineering community is core to who we are. Since 2013, Ardan Labs has worked to grow the Go ecosystem through open access to education, inclusive outreach, and long-term investment in developer success. As we expand our reach, so does our commitment to Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and the broader developer ecosystem. Our mission is simple: make engineering more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for all.
Supporting GoBridge

We actively support underrepresented groups through our partnership with the GoBridge Foundation, founded by our Managing Partner, Bill Kennedy, which empowers communities through technical education and diversity-focused initiatives like the Women Who Go group.
See GoBridge in actionExpanding Access Through Education

We also give back through free training resources, open-access webinars, community-driven events, and our swag store, where a portion of all proceeds go directly to GoBridge.
Ongoing Impact Around the World

We've proudly sponsored educational access for youth in Brazil during its latest GopherCon, providing our Mastery Training Bundle to help aspiring developers launch their journey. We're proud to continue to invest in real opportunities that empower today's learners and foster the next generation of engineers.
