William Kennedy

If you have not heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge I would be surprised. It’s everywhere nowadays, being done by celebrities alike. After being challenged by my children there was only one person, or should I say Gopher, I knew I needed to nominate. The Gopher took to the challenge and here it is:

I would like to thank my daughter for spending time today filming and editing the video. She is a senior member of the award winning  West Broward High School TV Production Club . They do amazing work so please give them a shot out on twitter at @wbtvclub if you enjoyed the video.

The Gopher character is based on the Go mascot designed by Renée French and copyrighted under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license.

Go Training

We have taught Go to thousands of developers all around the world since 2014. There is no other company that has been doing it longer and our material has proven to help jump start developers 6 to 12 months ahead of their knowledge of Go. We know what knowledge developers need in order to be productive and efficient when writing software in Go.

Our classes are perfect for both experienced and beginning engineers. We start every class from the beginning and get very detailed about the internals, mechanics, specification, guidelines, best practices and design philosophies. We cover a lot about "if performance matters" with a focus on mechanical sympathy, data oriented design, decoupling and writing production software.
